Omega services most makes and models of micrographic equipment and document scanners as well as associated peripheral equipment using OEM parts or parts designed to meet or surpass OEM specifications. All work performed by Omega is guaranteed and our non-contractural prices are very competitive as well as our maintenance contract prices.
Our technicians are prompt, courteous and fully trained professionals with years of field experience.
Our maintenance contracts include scheduled preventive maintenance service to inspect, clean, lubricate, make adjustments and replace worn or damaged parts due to normal use.
Omega also offers service on a "charge call" basis for those who do not wish for a service contract. The charges for a "charge call" would be an initial travel charge, an hourly charge (one hour minimum) and a charge for parts if any are used. If you have an older machine this may be the most practical choice for you.
Omega also offers a special rate for an in-shop repair for those who choose to deliver your equipment to us via freight company or your own vehicle.
In addition to servicing your equipment we can provide you with supplies and consumables to keep your equipment in the best operating condition.

DATA CONVERSION SAVES YOU TIME, SPACE & MONEY We’ll help you save time, space & money! Omega will transfer huge volumes of data to CD/DVD For convenient access on your desktop computer. Records can be converted from 16mm, 35mm, roll film, microfiche/microfilm jackets and aperture cards. We’ll also transfer your paper files or microfilm to CD/DVD for easy access.
